Research Fields: Oxide dielectric and ferroelectric materials; semiconductor information storage materials and devices; new photoelectric functional materials and its applications on semiconductor lighting Courses: Semiconductor Physics Profile: Yin Jiang graduated in June 2000 with hs doctorate in condensed state physics from the Department of Physics, Nanjing University. From September 2000 to August 2005 he worked as a researcher at Japan’s AIST (National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology) Nano Technology Research Center, JSPS (the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) and JST(Japan Science and Technology Agency). In February 2005, he joined the faculty of Nanjing University and became a professor and doctoral supervisor in condensed state physics. In June 2010, he served the Materials Science and Engineering Department, College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Nanjing University, as a professor and doctoral supervisor. Currently, he is taking charge of one project of the 973 Programs and one project of Natural Science Foundation.
