Research field
Courses Biochemistry Profile Professor Yu received his bachelor’s from the School of Life and Sciences, Peking University. In 2013, he received his doctorate in biochemistry from Arizona State University and went to Dieter Söll Lab at Yale University for post-doctoral research. In 2015, he was selected into the 11th group of the Overseas Young Scholars Project of China and joined the Department of Biomedical Engineering, College of Engineering and Applied Science, Nanjing University. His research is to isolate non-natural aptamers through in vitro screening and explore their application to the diagnosis and treatment of epigenetics-related diseases. He has published his research results on top-notch chemistry journals such as Nature Chemistry and Journal of the American Chemical Society.
