Profile:

Li Chen earned his bachelor’s in materials chemistry in 2011 and Ph.D. in materials physics and chemistry in 2015 from Nanjing University (NJU). He has been working since 2016 at the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, NJU.

His field of interest includes basic and applied research on the preparation, structure and electromagnetic properties of perovskite-type oxide hetero-structure.

He has taken charge of one project (for young scientists) of the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province; he has participated as a main researcher in the National Key Basic Research Program (the 973 Program), and in projects of the National Natural Science Foundation.

He has published a number of SCI papers on polar/nonpolar perovskite-type oxide heterostructure or metallic/ferroelectric/semiconductor ferroelectric tunnel junction (FTJ) and delivered addresses at academic conferences many times at home and abroad.
